I will never eat at this place again. I use to eat there at least once a week until I ordered a chocolate cake and when I got... home and took the cake out the bag the entire cake was soaked in something wet with red tint on it. I was skeptical based on previous reviews, but I gave it a shot and I'm so glad that I did! I placed my order in the drive... through around 8pm. Customer service was excellent and the staff taking orders was so friendly. I waited less than 7min tocollect my order. My food was hot fresh and absolutely worth the visit. I ordered the chicken and shrimp noodle plate and incomparison to other hibachi take out locations, I received much more protein. This will be my staple hibachi takeout restaurant. Read more
Food always good here and would rate 4 stars but weeks has gone by and the menu board has not been updated with the higher... prices or at least on the entree I always order. Technically and legally should be done same day the higher prices updated onpos system, etc. I first noticed but waited till 4 weeks later. Then I mentioned it and said they'll let them know about it. Nowanother 2 weeks has past and still same prices on menu... since the world or some restaurants don't want to have dine in no morethere's only one menu on the drive thru to update on. Read more
Drive thru went through pretty quickly. Wish done in was open. Ordered teriyaki chicken with no broccoli but extra carrots... instead and got normal/small amount. Still tasted good. Read more
Not sure if they changed ownership from when they first opened...but their food is terrible now. This used to be our go-to spot,... but I won't be back. Last visit...besides the food being a disappointment, they ran out or fried rice...then still charged extrato replace it with noodles smh. Got home, and the white rice substitute for the other entree was mushy. Terrible experience. Read more
Very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It is fast food Japanese, but a good value for what you get! My husband and I both... got hibachi plates (him chicken and shrimp, me shrimp). Actual shrimp, not baby shrimp. I also got sushi. Enjoyed it so much Ibought more on the way out for lunch the next day. Fast and friendly service! A little weird that they give you cash to leavefor your tip if you charge it, but not a deal breaker. Read more
Overpriced for what it is. They gave us cold carrots. Floors inside are sticky and the employees aren't properly trained. The... lady that rang us up had to stop and ask for help numerous times and she didn't know what was included in the combos. Read more
