Worst Bojangles. We were the only one in line at the restaurant and waited a total of 25 minutes for someone to take our order.... No one did, even when we commented, "Is anyone going to take our order?" And they were NOT short staffed, just very, very slow.We had the time, while waiting for someone to come to the register, to observe how they operate. We left, gave up, and what wesaw, I would not recommend anyone eating there if you value your time or health. Slow, lazy and filthy. Will try again in sixmonths or so, otherwise it will never be 'Bo time' in our household. You will not waste our time again. Read more
Service was terrible. Young girl working the drive through was rude with a serious attitude problem. The girl making the food... playing on her phone the whole time with the same gloves she was touching everyone's food with. Bojangles in Lake Wylie used tobe decent and close. We would rather drive the extra to Clover for good food and good service. Service has been terribleeverytime we have stopped there in the last two months. Read more
Absolute worst experience ive ever had at any Bojangles. They?re not even short staffed, theyd just rather sit in the back and... giggle at each other and make googly eyes like highschoolers instead of fixing their mistakes. waited 20 mins to get my foodright, and it was cold when they finally got it. bad attitudes, and even worse competence. It was a struggle to order chicken tenders at the drive thru. I guess for Bojangles they aren't called tenders any more, they... are called supremes. Drive thru person was very dense and did not communicate this bizarre renaming to me when I ordered and, atthe same time, wouldn't let me pull around until I acknowledged the silly name which I honestly hadn't noticed. The only one worse than this one is the one in Clover. Go here in the morning the parking lot will be empty two cars in the... drive-through and it will still take 10 minutes to get your food they act as if they are so busy yeah there?s no customers andthe food here is terrible. My girlfriend recommended we go many times while we were in north and south Carolina. So we decided to go and I got the biscuits... and gravy and my girlfriend got a couple pieces of chicken. I've been a head cook at a restaurant that serves primarily chickenfor 9 years now and I can say that the chicken they served was beyond past the 2-3 hour mandatory requirements. Great food and employees, one of the better fast food restaurants in the area, lines are sometimes long but the employees are... trying hard and very friendly, prices are reasonable unless you get the family size options they seem pretty high, had one visitwith missing food and they took care of it without a problem, thank you ! Dining room closed early. No signs saying they were closed earlier. Im driving truck and trailer can't fit in the drive thru,... employees wouldn't serve me on foot at drive thru. Went to chick fil a way better. Read more
