Sorry I couldn?t rate it a zero , but most definitely these location has the worse customer service!! We?ve tried calling to... place and order and they keep hanging up they finally answered and said sorry we are very busy and it?s an hour wait and Ireplied it?s fine I?ll place my order , then she hung up called back and put me on hold without saying anything !! The young lady that was working the extremely busy front end of things was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the crew... working today 07.03.2022. They were working hard and together, the customer service was just as impressive. Even though we livein Saginaw where there is a closer Wingstop, we still drive out to lake worth to get our food from this establishment instead.The food is always fresh and hot, fills us up, and is delicious in every way. Not surprised to see other bad reviews about this place. My husband placed an online order last night. Estimated time was 20... min. I arrive at 30 min and approached the girl at the front and started to say ?hi I?? here to pick?.? She cut me off and said?give me a Minute? as she proceeds to stare at the computer screen. After 10 min, another girl helped me and told me they werefinishing up my order. 20 min passed and I asked if my order was ready. The girl just looked at me and said ?we will call yourname when it?s ready?. Didn?t even attempt to look or check on the status. The other girl grabbed a bag off the shelf that hadbeen there for awhile and called my name. It had been there the whole time. Grabbed my bag and walked out, and she has the nerveto say ?have a good night?. This place is a joke. The worst service I have ever had. Don?t waste your time. This is the 2nd time I get burned frys and cold No one even could finish them. I got them once like this next time i had to... drive to therufe snow location. Today I was. Wings were okay, nothing to write home about. Servers had cardboard personalities! Not friendly at all. To put it mildly, once... they hand you your order, you're on your own! Not a friendly atmosphere. Get your wings and leave. You'll be better off! Read more
