Went through the drive through, got my order but when I asked for extra barbecue sauce the employee denied and said he can?t ..... so I asked for the manager and came came to the window with an attitude saying ?I CANT GIVE YOU ANYMORE SAUCE ?. I told her Idon?t mind paying for extra but she still said no, that she can?t sell me any or give me more and she closed the window in me. I think her name was Brandi. To be honest certain employees are amazing and you can tell they are trying their best to get orders out. But then others I... watched just standing around on their phones when they had a line wrapped around the building and lobby closed at 9:00pm... Iwatched about 5 cars get frustrated and leave the drive thru because of the wait. And I waited over 28 minutes for my order.Food was fine b.ut other than that the experience was just not good. Not that I need to write a bad review because it seems people already know how incompetent and lazy the people inside are, not... to mention liars saying they only have two people working when I can quite literally see two other people. Just don?t take DoorDash deliveries for here, sitting there waiting 30 minutes at the intercom, not even an hour before close, pull around to seethat doors are locked and there is absolutely NO one in front of us, pull around to wait another ten minutes before we just pullup to the window for them to tell us that we have to pull back around and wait. They get a notification that they have an orderfor delivery, they are fully capable to make it as soon as they get it. We went to this Wendy a couple months ago and everything was great and service was lovely. We went today to take out and it was... horrible mess. We had to wait like 10 minutes just to served. When we did get served, we went to the drive thru and we payed.After that we waited 7 minutes to get our food. We got our food and we stood there waiting for the drink. She looked dumbfoundedand we told her we were missing our drink. After that she proceeded to give us the drinks and told us they had given us thewrong order. We gave her our order and she basically threw the correct the order at us. She did not even say sorry or Ispologize. Worst experience ever. Read more
Due to our schedules, my wife and I end up eating more fast food than we'd like, but comparing our experiences here versus all... the other burger joints in Lake Worth, there is really no comparison. The thickness, flavor and size of the burger patties andthe chicken portions is a definite step above the other establishments, as are the crunchy and fresh vegetables. The buns don'tfall apart. I hadn't eaten at a Wendy's for about two years as the quality back then had really fallen apart. My wife one nighthad a desire for some of their chili, so we tried them again. From when we pulled up in the drivethru until we left with ourfood, everyone there was courteous and professional, then once we ate the food, we were nothing but impressed by the wholeexperience. We've been back several times since and it is consistently good in every respect. Cannot speak for other Wendy'sfranchises, but this one, in our experience , has been superb. Thank you! Read more
If I could leave 0 star I would because this location doesn't deserve even 1 star. This woman or man, I don't even know what... she is, who is here, I guess she is the "Manager" she dared to deny me the service of taking my order because according to herthey were yelling at her. When she arrived and I placed my order I was very clear and she ignored me. After he returned to sayhello after several minutes there he went back to doing what he hadn't heard and asking me what I was going to order when I hadalready been very clear about what I had ordered. The very cheeky she told me that she was yelling at her that she wasn't goingto take my order. when I proceeded to go to the window, I wanted to see the face of the person who was attending to me. Whenshe arrived she went to hide the very cowardly and sent two other employees. I asked for the name of the person who hadattended me and none dared to give it to me. Then that bleeding woman appeared and she told me ?I'm not going to take yourorder or give you my name and I closed the window. Wendys beware of the kind of uneducated people they hire. I picked up an order of 2 large chilis. The employee had an attitude when I asked if they were out of onions when I noticed they... were missing from my order. Also there is no meat in the chili and it is not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I noticed theproblem after I left and didn't have time to go back to get it corrected. So my money was wasted. This is not the first time Ihave had problems with this location. Last time I was charged for cheese and didn't get it. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's EVER! They NEVER have baked potatoes, and when I do order something else on the menu, it's ALWAYS... burnt like the photo attached. Didn't get my lettuce in my sandwich and anytime anything is reported to a manager (no matter dayor night) still get careless customer service. Therefore, it's pointless even trying to report anything to a manager. This placereally needs to be shopped by their corporate office to see how terrible the customer service is & act immediately on theirbehavior. Read more
