Got items we ordered, however they got lazy and just not added any veggies on the food was suppose to have them and food was... cold. They didn't follow item customization as noted on the ticket. Needs better trained staff. Read more
This location is pretty typical, Bueno Heads know the drill. Ordered my fav and had patience with the young lady that was... obviously being trained on the register. My food was great -- and unlike with taco bell I know I won't be stuck on the toiletfor a few hours later. Read more
Went inside to eat, but had to use the restroom first. While in there I saw three baby cockroaches running along the floor. So... nasty!!! I washed my hands and started to look at the floors a bit closer which had food debris all over them in the hallway?The dining room was empty but had a few tables with food and trash all over them. The food is good for fast food. My order is rarely wrong.Over all good place to eat. I would love to comment on the manager,... Tim, however. I was just in the restaurant eating lunch when a door-dash driver came in for an order. It was an older gentlemanwith little patience and was irritated that his order wasn?t already waiting on him. Mind you, the restaurant wasn?t overcrowded but there were quite a few customers in store so everyone had to wait a little bit on their food. You would think thatis better because then at least it?s fresh- which you can?t say for a lot of fast food. He immediately started getting mad atTim and demanding his order be made, to which Tim calmly explained to him that the order wasn?t on his end of the screen yet andhe was not able to make that order until it appeared. He apologized to the man and tried to very clearly state to the man theprocess and easy the tension. The man did not want to listen and continued to be rude and make snarky comments to this manager.Once the order came through, it was out in what seemed to be record time. Not only that, but Tim managed to keep a smile on hisface the entire time, talk calmly, and even told the man to have a nice day in a way that didn?t sound sarcastic in theslightest and was actually very genuine. The man then told the manager that he was a ?piss poor? manager along with some otherrude commentary, then leaned over the counter and was swinging his arm in Tim?s face. When Tim asked if the man could remain onhis side of the counter. The man replied ?Go to hell.? and then left. When I left, the man with door-dash was still in theparking lot complaining about the manager to what I assume was either door-dash or a higher up and Taco Bueno. I just wanted tosay that I witnessed the interaction and Tim handled it better than I could?ve ever imagined. We need more people like him andless like the sorry man he had to deal with today. Taco Bueno was always a comfort food for me when I was down in my childhood. The employees made me feel welcome. I would order 3... even 4 party burritos if I was feeling crazy that day. The playful beans on my tongue mixed with the caring cheese are whatmakes peoples day. I've never seen such a great establishment in my life and I'm proud to say that I'm part of the Taco Buenoculture. Read more
Polite but food was only ok. Guacamole was dark and it was old. Hardly any hot sauce in any container. Worst part was there was... a HAIR in the chips. I had to dump out the bag in order to find it but it ruins your whole appetite. ???? Read more
2 employees on-site! I'm not sure why they are open! With this you have a dirty store, food not stocked, and the quality of the... food goes down! I love Bueno and hate seeing this! Hope they get it together soon! Read more
