Food was hot. Service a bit slow, with numerous spaces blocked off. Person taking orders can be rude by interrupting while... you're ordering. Have left this particular one several times mid breath while ordering. Did not have that problem this time.Maybe they did some training. Read more

Definitely never coming back. I have a fairly severe gluten allergy. Checked out sonic on Google to go about ordering from them... without getting poisoned. Seemed simple enough. Ordered a burger without a bun, fries & tots are safe, and simple shakes are OK.Informed them at least 6 times that I have a gluten allergy and we needed them to clean the spindle for the shake before makingmy chocolate shake. We waited, and waited, and waited for our order. A car pulled in next to us AFTER we ordered. They ordered,got their food, ate, and left long before our food came out. It was a fairly simple order for us. We finally get our food. Ilook at the burger and it looks pretty good without a bun. Tots are hot and ranch has no wheat or MSG. (Bonus because I alsocan't have MSG.) Took a sip of the shake and felt wrong but couldn't say why. Took another sip and had crunchy things in it...??? Pulled a piece of something dark out of my mouth.... AND IT'S AN OREO CHUNK. So, I'm screwed at this point. Food poisoningsymptoms for me tomorrow and maybe the day after. No apology. No refund offer. Took them over 20 minutes to make anotherchocolate shake for me. Never coming back. Read more
Hate coming here, dread it every time I do. I literally do not understand why there is 6 people in there but I?ve been waiting... on one drink for 20 min. And don?t push the button to ask bc they won?t answer it. They know they are slow as fudge. Read more
Hit the red button and it timed out?.. pushed it again I saw the person inside roll there eyes and then come out and take my... order by hand?? Ok weird but whatever. I get my order and they put on my burger everything I told them not to put on it as I?mallergic. $10 for a drink and fries as the burger went in the trash. Oh and the line is always busy so you can?t even call themto fix the situation. I won?t be back. Read more

Sat there for about 30 minutes. Order never came. Had to leave to service my car. When I came back they still didn?t have my... order ready. The girl came out with 4 bags of food and 4 drinks. I literally just ordered two drinks. JUST TWO DRINKS. Read more
Pressed the button on three different terminals. Waited 5 min on each of them. The last one was next to the window and could see... 3 gentlemen standing in the corner hiding behind the signage. I went and knocked on the window to check if the buttons weremalfunctioning. When they first noticed me, they all had a chuckle together before coming out to ask me my issue. I asked ifbuttons were messed up, and he said "nah". I went back to my car and instantly got acknowledged one the intercom. Howconvenient. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Read more
