Great food, great people and fast service.
I like panera. But the people that works at all this panera in the Fort Worth TX area are .... I don't know! I felt treated like... order soon I'm tired. Then, at 8 am no coffee. I inquire and see if they have. The response was no, is brewing you need towait. After 5 minutes I went to check the coffee and there it was. But no one could let me know is done. Read more
Trash. I ordered The Spicy Take sandwich. Absolute garbage. The bun was cold, soggy, and not even toasted. Cold, dry, tiny, and... flavorless chicken. Just a sprinkle of whatever the topping is supposed to be. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever attempted toeat. I took 3 bites and tossed it in the trash. Here is a photo of the advertisement and a photo of what I got for $12. You bethe judge. Not to mention most of the tables were dirty and only 3 other customers were inside. Never going back. The food is good as always, but expensive. They would have gotten five stars had it not been that Ms Lopez at the window speaks... with a lisp and can't be heard over the loudspeaker. I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. I would hope in the future theywould place someone at the window who speaks clearly, and loudly. Read more
I can?t? I just can?t give any Panera Bread a good rating after learning how much of their food is not fresh. All the soups are... canned, or bagged if you want to be accurate. And they make all the sandwiches for the grill in the morning. So if you areeating at dinner. It was made more than 12-hours ago! Yuck! Read more
Service was slow and my order sat on the counter because someone forgot to put the receipt with my name on it. Oh well. ... Things happen. The spicy chicken sandwich was OK and the chips were just generic potato chips. $14.92 seems a little steep forthis meal. I think I will stick with Chick-Fil-A. Save nearly $5 and get a better sandwich with better sides. Read more
Love this place!! It's clean, great food and the BEST staff! My son has food allergies, and they took such precaution to make... sure there was no cross contamination. They also went the extra step, to see what pastries he could have and brought one to uscomplimentary. As the parent of a child who can rarely have sweets, THANK YOU! You made his day! Read more
They've modernized their ordering process with virtual menus and text alerts. The food is great and always fresh. I love their... salads, soup, sandwiches, and bakery items. I haven't found an item I dislike on their menu! An additional diet soda optionwould be nice. During rushes, tables sit dirty with dishes everywhere, so perhaps having another staff member attending thedining area could benefit some? Read more
