I just waited over an hour for an order from these people, only for it to be cancelled because they decided to give it to... someone else. And since they did so only half an hour before closing, they refused to fill the order. How can a place be runthis incompetently? It SHOULD be impossible, but they defy expectations here. EDIT: I called the restaurant, and it seems thiswas Doordash's fault. I had a really good conversation with the overwhelmed employee who answered the phone, and it does seemlike this was Doordash's fault. However, I'm leaving this review here because it also came out in that conversation that this isa recurring issue. And people deserve to know that if they order from Doordash, there's basically a 50% chance (based on howmany times this has happened to me) that they will not receive their order. The most complicated order I have ever been involved with. First it wasn?t clear exactly where the location was located. Then I... only found out by calling the number it was located at Chili?s. Then to place the order you had to do it online as you could notplace your order in person. I could not get the bonus to take effect no matter how many times I tried so I paid for thesupposedly free 11 ones. the sauce or lack there of was not very good except for the apple one but even without very muchcoverage it was not worth it to try the 4 flavors I ordered. Needless to say I overpaid for something I could have got somewhereelse. I only ordered because of the TV commercial which personally I feel i was misleading. Read more
Bone-in wings were fatty. The skin had an extremely unappealing texture, not crispy. Wings were not covered in sauce. Four of... the five flavors we ordered were good. I don't recommend the spicy pineapple teriyaki. The fries were good and you get a lot.The boneless wings are pretty good but they weren't covered in sauce either. The prices are good though. Best wings you can get. No storefront, you just order and have them delivered. They are secretly made in Chilis and delivered to... you. I don't know if you can order them from inside Chilis or not, never tried. But I'm telling you, these wings are awesome! Read more
Ordered Doordash?after the fact realized it?s actually chili?s. So the wings are just like chili?s except more flavors. Spicy... Pineapple Teriyaki tasted no pineapple very little teriyaki, very small hint of spicy, tasted Cilantro more than anything. Goodbut not what I expected and not great. Santa Fe not spicy enough basically taste like Chipotle. I agree with others they do nottoss the wings before plating them. They put in the container with fries on one side and drizzle on top of wings. There wasplenty of sauce but I had to toss wings some as it wasn?t all over. Also fries had sauce on them, I suggest separating orgetting containers with different compartments. Fries were pretty good could use salt or more seasoning. Ranch was probably thebest but it was chili?s ranch so that?s to be expected. Price point was good? may order again to try other flavors butdefinitely from all the reviews I?ve seen from this location and others I would make a few updates. Read more
First off to let you know it's part of Chili's, so you know what quality of food it has. Prices not bad, got the boneless wings... by mistake. They are the frozen pre battered ones. The sauce I got was not bad. Kind of deceiving not to let you know they arereally Chili's. Would I eat them again yes if it was right by me, but wouldn't go out of my way again. Read more
The flavor is great and the prices are good. They make the wings well; the cartilage and everything is edible and there's not... much you want to leave on the bone. The only issue I have (and it's a big one) is that the skin is not crispy. Maybe they couldswitch to par cooking them as part of the preparation and then doing the final fry as the wings are ordered. This location is terrible I had to wait over 20 minutes outside pass my pickup time and when I got my order its all full of... greese all at the bottom and I'm missing few of my sauces. Read more
