I called the manager she went ahead and told me that I had to go through grubhub considering that it's a 3rd party Vendor went... through grubhub Manager said that she would fix it which is fine but please next time check the food that is being sent outbecause I ordered a Cobb salad and the cucumbers were wilted in we're wilted and not good and and it had none of the Cobb at all No utensils no blue cheese nothing worst salad ever!!!! The service was bad. Waitress brought chocolate milk out instead of a chocolate milk shake. Food was cold. Plate was hot but... not the food. Patty melt was over cooked. Hash brown where over cook. No senior citizens prices. It took a hour to get to us.The price was $70.00. Read more
Beware: they?re SEVERELY understaffed. It is absolutely not their fault that they?re understaffed but I would?ve rather been... turned away then to have sat there as long as we did. I went with my boyfriend this morning. Got there maybe at 10:15 on aSunday morning and the place was pretty packed. A man (I think the manager) came to seat us. He asked the waitress over oursection if she could take 2 more and she said no and we were sat anyways. I overheard the manager tell another table that theyonly had 3 waitresses for the whole restaurant. Our food was good and came out quickly. We took maybe 15 minutes to eat ourfood and then we sat there for over an hour waiting for our check. At some point, another waitress took our plates to thekitchen. Our waitress had to pass by our table every time she went to the kitchen but never checked in on us or offered us ourcheck. I watched her go to the computer at least 10 times and even got other tables their checks but never us. There were tablesthat were seated after us and left before us. About 11:45 she finally stopped by and asked us if we wanted refills (the ice inour empty glasses had now melted at this point) and I finally got us out check. I?m not too sure if we?ll be returning any timesoon. It?s not their fault that they?re understaffed. But like I said, I would?ve rather had it explained to us that they hadlimited waitstaff and were over capacity for what that staff could handle than squeeze us in like they did. Read more
Went here for dinner with my son ... we had a first time waiter . He didn't seem like he really wanted to be there . Super... unsocial . We got Buffalo chicken appetizers, no blue cheese and no celery. Had to ask for it ... and then he gave usgaint bowls of blue cheese and ranch . I didn't complain about the dippi g sauce size. We ordered two salmon plates w/ mash potatoes and rice . The fish was over cooked and dry . My son had a double burger. With wavy frys ... the food took a little while to get to our table. .. the kitchen was arguing with wait staff ,and really seemed un organized ... the the price alittle steep ... the staff was under staff inconsistent! .. over all it was ok Read more
