On Sept 3rd we found a staple in our and and cheese, I called immediately to let them know as I would think they would want to... address the rest of their product but was met with a nonchalant response over the phone. About a month later I was orderedthrough the drive thru and headed home. While eating fries along the drive I picked this up out of the box. This is a splinteredpiece of wood. This piece of wood was fried and salted and placed in the fry box without anyone noticing. It?s apparent thislocation has lowered their standards for quality control. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! They think because they're the only location in this area, people are going to put up with bad... food! I understand the covid situation, I understand having to wait, but what was once a decent fast food place is now awful!I waited for a Chick-fil-A Sandwich today and it's the last time I will spend my money on low quality, poorly made food athigh prices. I visit this location 2-3 times per week, because we have football practice, and this is convenient. I usually have a good... experience, lately they could do better, but we still enjoy the food. Today, was UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered an 8 count nugget mealw/mac-chz, coke zero. An additional 8 ct grill nugget, and side salad, no drink. I received, a wrap, mac-chz, grilled nuggetand side salad. I drove home, drove 15 min back, food untouched. When I arrived, the lady apologized, and said they would fixit. Mind you, Chick-fil-a Is known for their HOSPITALITY, NOT TODAY. When I arrive at the window, I say, hello, I was giventhe wrong order. Leslie, tell me, ?well your going to have to give me back the wrap?, I said, no problem it hasn?t beentouched. She was rude, and another young lady rolled her eyes, MY SON seen their behavior. Since we are now 30 min in Iarrived at 11:12, this is now 11:44pm, I asked her for hot grilled nuggets and mac-chz. She then says, ?your going to have togive me those back, I said, again, no problem nothing has been open. She looks at them to be sure they hadn?t been eaten andthen throws them in the trash. While the other team members are bringing my food, she throws them in the bag. Check thecameras. Here is the kicker!! She tells me, we are going to fix your food, but you owe 2.50 or somewhere around that for thedrink. So, Leslie, my order is messed up, I have to drive back to your location, I know the wraps meal are more expensive thenthe nuggets meal, and your going to ask me for an addition 2.50 for a drink that is included in the meal sweetheart. I tryexplaining this to her, she calls the manager and the manager, Makenzie, said that was correct. They both said, this is howtheir system works. You still owe the 2.50. Chick-fil-A has lost my business and all of the business from my family! Today I went to this location and one of the workers... who helped me was a woman with a shaved head, face piercing, and two arms full of tattoos. By the way, she wasn?t even wearing aChick-fil-A uniform. She had a maroon colored shirt that she cut the sleeves off of. This is disgusting! I guess Chick-fil-A isgoing woke? Well, you know how that always ends. I don?t know what has happened to this once great Christian valued company. Butit?s clearly embracing the world now. Sorry your chicken is not worth all of this. Always extremely busy but I order online and am notified when it is ready. The order pick up area inside is easy to find and... they have a station close by to grab some extra straws, napkins, s&p, ketchup, etc. Always very clean and the staff are topnotch. Read more
Out of all the Chick-fil-a's I've been to this one has the most unfriendly staff I've encountered. Completely ignored while... waiting for my order and the other people around me were greeted politely. If you're in this part of town do yourself a favorand just take 5 minutes to go to the Bailey Boswell location. Read more
