I had the bacon egg and Swiss croissant meal for breakfast. I enjoyed the sandwich, especially the melted Swiss, but next time... I will try the biscuit instead. I didn?t like the potatoes, they were over fried and had seasoning that tasted like curlyfries. The service was quick and good. Read more
Ordered on the app for pickup in the drive through. They forgot to give me two drinks plus a 4 piece chicken nugget. Gave me the... drinks then someone else behind the counter started arguing that she had put the nuggets in the bag. Likely she put them insomeone else's bag and not mine. I went through the bag again and said they're not here. The woman at the counter finally gavethem to me with a lot of attitude. I'm truly sorry for the low rating. I had not gone to a fast food restaurant in ages, and, looked fwd to trying... Wendy's. Unfortunately the young lady cashier had no idea. She couldn't speak Cleary & wore a mask. She could not make change.And, the food itself was horrible. I was starving, and, could barely stomach anything. It was very disappointing. Read more
I have gone here many times. Food is good and fresh compared to other Wendys or fast food places. There was this nice Caribbean... man that was polite and cool. He gave me a coupon pamphlet one visit. So a future visit I was trying to use a coupon and thisother guy employee told me randomly he doesn?t like me? It was so random like even if he was joking which he may have been whyeven say that to a customer?? I was being respectful and chill all I asked was to use a coupon from my pamphlet I got from theirstore. They accepted it too thankfully I should mention but maybe Wendys should have a customer service course for theiremployees cause that wasn?t it. Read more
Happy person taking your order, and he listens and gets it right. I know the beef is always fresh, and Chile baked potato is... really yummy, lots of cheese to. The burger is on the Bun neatly, and easy to eat. Perfect. Thank you Wendy's.... Read more
You would think every Wendy?s is the same, but my experience is that there?s a significant difference. We have determined this... one is our favorite. The food seems to be more fresh and the drive through attendants are more friendly, even late at night.There was one drive-through attendant in particular who was from the Caribbean and I was genuinely surprised to have someone socourteous and friendly in the late night Wendy?s drive-through. I stopped in to grab some lunch and had one of the most perfect Wendy's burgers ever. The pickles, tomatoes and onions were... placed perfectly so you get some in every bite (see attached photos). There was just enough mayonnaise and ketchup and both meatpatties weren't over cooked. The mens restroom was clean as with the dining area. It looks like the store was remodeled not tolong ago and if so hopefully they keep up the good work. Read more
