First time at Totally Awesome Subs an the greeting was very welcoming and friendly. We order a steak & cheese, nobody's doing it... ( steak & sausage ) both subs with onions and peppers but add mushrooms if you like them like me and a cheese burger withlettuce, tomato and pickle little mayo Ketchup and mustard with fries. We sat while the was prepared and the food was ready inabout 10mins and food smelled really good. We got home ready to eat the first thing we liked the BREAD was so soft and freshjust how we like it. Both subs were good with flavor but if you like mayo and spicy mustard ask for a little heavy and seasonthe meat while cooking trust you can't go wrong with either sub. My daughter had the cheese burger with fries and she said itwas awesome she really enjoyed it. The place was awesome. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very professional and well trained. Food was fresh. Meats... sliced in front of you, slicer wiped clean before every sandwich. I plan to return very soon. Great job done, hard to findpeople who take pride in their job nowadays. As a Chef this place rocks and they are the kind of staff I always want in mykitchens. Read more
Bought a couple of Subs and was literally blown away when I got the total. Then they charged me an extra 3.5% because I used my... Debit card and not Cash. No complaints about the food or service, but I'll go to Publix next time and get the same or betterquality ingredients and save almost 60%. I will definitely go again ....When I WIN the Lottery! Totally Awesome Subs is one of my huge craves. That thing you just MUST HAVE. The fresh rolls, fresh-sliced meats and cheeses,... the angel hair sliced lettuce and onions, fresh tomatoes, etc... Mmm. Only, only downfall, is the price of this deliciousness.Almost twice the price you'd pay at a famously known sub spot on every corner, but I'd rather have 1 Totally Awesom Sub, everyother week, than 2 of those other subs, every week. I worked there for one month. Although I felt crushed by the way my coworkers treated me, I vowed to give it 4 weeks. Biggest... mistake of my life. I will carry this pain & humiliation forever. This place gives the term ?mean girls? a whole new meaning.Please don?t patronize these low-life?s. I had a career & retired. I wanted to get a part time job after my husband & I bought ahouse nearby. I?d never heard the phrase ?human trash? in Newport Beach, CA.. Now I know the definition. I love the subs from here. Always fresh and delicious whether you get something simple like I did (chicken salad) or you go with... one of their named subs. Everyone working here is always friendly even when the line is out the door, the wait is worth it and Ilove to support local small businesses. The only downside is parking due to all the medical offices however that is no fault ofTAS. The property management company should assign them a few spots so people can easily park and get their food quickly. Read more
Never do reviews but this spot is such a little gem I had to! They don?t deliver but they are worth the trip! Getting a... cheesesteak combo is my little treat I give to myself on self care days on some weekends! No grizzle or weird fat.. cheese inevery bite.. if you?re picky like me and wanted to know. Want to try their meatball parm but I always back out and stick with mygo to. Also, ALL their staff is so kind, the young ladies, women, and gentleman who I learned is also the owner, are allwonderful and make you feel like it?s a neighborhood sandwich shop. P.s.
