Had the tuna sub today but they never have sour cream and onion chips
They are never open despite their posted hours.. what is the point?? Monday closed and Tuesday closed this week.
I have been going to this store for several weeks, but they now appear to be closed. I ate at Hurricanes next door instead, and... saw about 20 or so people walk up, then walk away. It looks not just closed for today, but there were boxes of supplies linedup by the door. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Very disappointing, as I had good experiences hererecently.....Previously.....Great experience. Under new Management. I have been going to this store since they opened back in2001 or so. Back then, Cookie and Joe were owners, and they were terrific. Ownership changed, but it was still a pretty goodstore until about 3 years ago. Then, a few months before the store closed last year, it got worse. Missing items....sometimessome breads were out, sometimes some meats, sometimes it was some vegetables, and there were usually only 2 types of chips whenI was there. Whomever was serving me usually did not seem to want to be there. Their mask requirement went on well past mostother businesses. Then, it got even worse! Almost every time I went there, they were closed, allegedly due to staffingshortages. So i stopped going. To my surprise, they are back open, and the employees really seem like they want to be there. Today, my first visit, they had my bread of choice, meat, all of the vegetables, the soda machine worked, my table was clean...Icould not have asked for anything more. I was thanked for my business! Wow. I do not write many of these reviews, but hadto write after my excellent experience. Hoping this team stays for a long time, as I plan to eat there once a week, or more,going forward. Read more
The cold cut combo came to me NOTHING like in the photo. All the meet was in a pile sitting on top of the salad, there was... jalapeno on the salad that I didnt order, and I am allergic to! NONE of this was chopped up, NO KNIFE was included, and therewas no oil and vinegar packets that I asked for. This store should stop providing such lazy customer service just because we arenot face to face. Just because DoorDash picks up and drops off our food doesnt mean we shouldnt receive the SAME customerservice as if we were standing at your counter. This is the 2nd time I received a sloppy preparation of food from this store. Read more

Hands-on the WORSE Subway!! Just to be served, I was next in line, I waited over 15 minutes. Why? I have food allergies so... clean gloves and a clean knife for them became confusing and I was waiting for the other clerk. Then they needed to get veggiepatties because they had none out. They moved like snails just to cut bread. So disappointing that there were 3 employees (onewas finishing their dinner by the time I was done) and the line had 3 OTHER PEOPLE BACKED UP waiting a long time for service. Mytotal time to receive my 6" sub 24 minutes! Management/owner you need to TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN YOUR people. They said that they r the delux shop for 50% more meat ,so price is running up,how ever,an oven chicken 12? included 2 pic of... chicken before,after they become the deluxe,they put half more pic in(that is only 25%) also I requested only lettuces butmore,and he give me even less than regular,and they give me only little mayonnaise,(although I already ask him add one moretime) so the sandwich is dry and not flavor ,no worth for the price 8 dollar sth Read more
Absolutely awful. The worst service ever. The lady working at 7:10p on Nov 2,2022, was so awful I?ll likely not come back for a... while. She was ?aggravated? and breathing on everything. I described my order and asked her name to make small talk and maybebrighten her day. ?I don?t give my name? and sour attitude continued. I left and bought nothing. Read more
