I called to place an order for delivery as I work in healthcare and we promised the patients pizza. The girl who answered the... phone sighed when I ask if I may please place an order for delivery. She told me that she was busy and asked me I could justorder online?? as I?m driving a car. I didn?t even have the energy to get into it with her so I just hung up and ordered fromDominos instead. I normally don't pick up my pizza alway get it delivered. But today I did. Me and another person walked into the store we... literally stood there 10 minutes and not one of the employees ask to help us nor paid us any attention. They were all justlaughing in the back hanging out as if Papa Jonh it's a business. I had to yell out "Ecuse me can we please get some service!"Then some girl broke free from her conversation and finally helped us. As we walk out the door one of the girls in the backsaid to us very sarcastically and laughing " Be sure to come back now!!" I will not be ordering from this location again Pickup or Delivery! It's very disappointing to have such bad service, because Papa John is the only pizza my household eats! Read more

I ordered a pizza at 5. I didn't get it until 7:30. No one called to let us know the pizza was running late. No one called and... asked if I could pick up the pizza. When I called to check on the status of the pizza, the guy said it was the next one out andhung up. Then I called back and I asked to cancel the order and the guy assured me it would be canceled. I was out at Taco Bellwaiting in line when I saw him on my doorstep through my ring doorbell camera. I couldn't believe he was still delivering thepizza late and after I asked them to cancel it. I shouldn't have to pay $22 for a cold pizza that was an hour and a half late.The whole point of ordering delivery was so I could come home from work and have food that was ready...
