I drove by and placed an order on Saturday night after work at 9:00pm.. Ricky was tending to the drive through and he was very... professional and polite. He took my order and apologized for the wait. In the meantime when I completed my order another voicecame on the speaker telling me that my order was canceled and that they weren?t taking anymore orders. When I asked her why sherefused to answer. I found out her name was (Tigh A. )and she was the Manager on that evening. Her mannerisms was horrible andjust down right ghetto. The only reason I didn?t drive away was because of Ricky who was very accommodating even despite thedisrespect and rude mannerisms of his supervisor. On recent visits to this location, I?ve had horrible experiences at night with the evening staff twice. The african American... Jamaican lady is always extremely rude to the customers. I?ve come twice around 12:40 and was denied service, once by theJamaican lady and once by the Iranian kid. She yelled we are closed and didn?t even speak. The young kid sat on his cell phonewhile sitting on the counter and stated we are closed. It clearly states online and at the restaurant that this location is openuntil 1:00 pm. I never have a problems when I visit this location during the day. Unfortunately it is the late night staff thathas put a bad taste in my mouth. My experience is always extremely terrible. This is just my humble opinion, If you don?t wantto do your job and work in customer service then find a job where you can be lazy and talk to people any way you want. The nightstaff customer service is horrible and these issues should be addressed instantaneously by management. One bad apple spoils abunch. It?s a shame that good customers for almost 25 years have to waste their time and gas for lazy workers. Read more
