I wouldn't typically leave reviews for fast food restaurant but in this case I feel it warrants a far star review or better .I... want to commend Ariel the night manager and the staff at this Miami subs. I was so impressed by not only the customer servicethat was given the politeness the cleanliness of the store but the way that the staff actually worked .together I was literallyimpressed. I?m not a one to post a negative comment but coming from a business owner myself ?. The drive thru is a mess?I asked what comes... as a side and the person helping me clearly had zero clue . Guy that helped me was clearly high off his mind. I ordered justPhilly cheese steak ? it took over 20 mins. Forgot my drink, then took my order back (I already touched the sides) and replacedan item putting the items I touched back to the area where you take food to give to other customer?. I come here very often and lately I?ve noticed the staff is very shy and un going of proper work etiquette and I?ve also noticed... how when I order my meal without fries and then I get fries with it against my request and there?s less meat on the bread on oneend and then the meat is not evenly placed so I have all the meat in the center but not on the ends I am very disappointed withyou guys right now and I hope you guys correct yourselves before I come back again. My wife and I ordered two Krispy chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. We were the first car in the drive-thru line,... but it still took over 11 minutes to get our food. We were disappointed when we opened the bag and saw such a small containerholding the "large order" of fries. Once we got home, we were even more disappointed to see two sad looking chicken sandwiches.This is the second time that I've tried this location, and I've regretted it both times. We ate the fries and sandwichesbecause we were hungry, but I remember when this franchise use to be great. I'm sad to see that the standards have gone down sofar. I don't think I'll be back. Edit: I did end up going back here and trying another sandwich and I was very happy with the next one I got so I am changing the... Stars to three. I ordered the gyro sandwich, which in my opinion was kind of burnt and very greasy. I've had better from theother locations. I will probably give them one more try and if the sandwich is as gross as last time, I will not bother withthis location again. Read more
