Won?t be going there again. We love Menchies but what a disappointment. The chairs and tables disappeared, so there?s no where... to sit. They won?t let you use the bathroom. The yogurt machines are out of commission so just a few choices . I have a feelingthis one is on its way out of business . They cut down on toppings. The kids working there sounded like they don?t know what?sgoing on with the condition of this shop. These owners don?t care about their business. Read more
Not very clean, some of the frozen yogurts were not frozen and came out as liquid, the cashier was not friendly, and the... bathrooms were ?out of service due to covid?. The walls were also peeling and had a bunch of drawings from Valentine?s Day, inthe middle of August. Aside from that, the frozen yogurt should be frozen, or at least a sign should be up saying it?s notavailable. But most importantly , listen if your coming here with kids and they have to use the bathroom, what is one supposedto do? Ridiculous that a food place wouldn?t have working bathrooms. Very disappointed with this place. Hardly any flavors and only 3 chairs in the whole place. This is the 2nd time I've been... disappointed with this place. There will not be a 3rd!! Don't waste your money. Drive down the street to Carvel! Read more
Absolutely worst Menchies. Half the flavors are not available and the ones that were were all like water . No tables or chairs... available to sit on and when my kids were done eating on the outside bench and went in to wash their hands they were told thatbathrooms are locked and only available to employees. How is this even sanitary ? Never going back ! Read more
