We waited in line for 15 min at the speaker waiting to have our order to be taken while they let 5-6 cars in the other lane... order and go ahead of us. On top of asking for the specific sauces we were denied more because the manager claims he put oursauces there not one sauce that we requested was in the bag . Bought the Cactus Plant Flea Market Big Mac Meal. I used the app and parked in spot 4. They brought the meal to my car and I... foolishly drove off without checking the order. I was supposed to get the CPFM collectable. Naturally it wasn't in the bag. Tried calling the fine establishment. Of course they never answer their phones! Feel cheated. What a rip off! Read more
This is the worst McDonald's ever. On Halloween, when parents are buying their kids happy meals, we were told there wasn't any.... What??? We were not allowed to purchase a happy meal and they wouldn't even put it in a bag. Everything had to be orderedseparate at a much higher price. Nothing ever works at this McDonald's, no happy meals, no milkshakes. On a separate occasion,after verifying my order and paid..the girl rang up the order of the car behind me. This caused an ordeal because the car behindme couldn't pay and I was charged a much higher price. I didn't care, told them to keep the extra money and then I proceeded toget yelled at by the manager. What??? I didn't make the mistake, you guys did! Unbelievable. I normally don't eat fast food,, but felt like having a cheeseburger. Got a cheeseburger, it was cold and the bun was stale.... Very disappointing. Just the universe telling me I don't need it anyway. However, with the cost of everything going up thesedays - I have raised my expectations a.79 cheeseburger not as much of a disappointment as paying 1.29. Read more
I get take out from this location on a weekly basis, since it's close to home. Never had an issue with them, fast service, clean... and definitely reliable. They seem to be well staffed, so you're in good hands here. Read more
This is my neighborhood McDonald's and it used to be great but in the past year or so it has become the worst stablishment ever.... In the last 5 drive thru visits they have messed up my order 4 times and there has always been and issue when ordering andpaying. Even my kids don't want to go to this store anymore. I guess when craving for McDonald's we'll have to drive further toanother store to getba decent service. Read more
Looking for Disney Toys for my 4yr old this store gave no problem told me they had some & when I got to the pay here window the... girl went and got me a bunch of toys and told me to tell my daughter to enjoy them (didn?t even charge or force us into making apurchase). Not knowing she was in the back seat she screamed happiness & said thank you!!!!! That?s real customer service. Read more
