Arrived for an uber pick up, stood for 10 minutes waiting for my order, made eye contact with multiple employees without one... single greeting. Made eye contact with a MANAGER and audibly said "hello", to have them turn their back and completely dismissme. Let them know the order that they cleared off of the screen was the one I needed to pick up (it was not made or ready inthe slightest, it was simply a drink) ,was provided an empty cup in a taped bag for the customer. They continued to scream at meeven when I brought back the empty cup asking why the order was not filled. Disgusting lack of customer service, unintelligentemployees and complete lack of management. I've been waiting for the traditional fried apple pie. As a matter of fact about 25 families are from around the area. Nothing!... Fries are not the same. I have to order them without salt to get a fresh batch and the last two times they just refried them totake some of the salt out. It had salt fried on. Read more

One reason for five stars: indoor play area. It's easy to let my son play. I can see where he is the whole time. He never gets... lost or stuck. He gets a happy meal, I get a coffee, and we have fun for an hour. One other thing, the play area has a connectedfamily bathroom. It's fantastic. I drive ten minutes out of the way to visit this one.
