I wanted to give a 3.5 stars with high possibilities of being a 4 star place. I ordered through drive-thru the greet has to... improve cause that's first contact with customers. Next don't leave the huge bag of garbage on the road passenger side at thedrive-thru ordering display. Now the food was cooked fast, hot and orders were correct plus didn't take long to receive. I wasalso happy that the orders were all correct too cause no one likes driving back or having to wait to correct the issues. It wasworth the 15min drive so if your in the area stop in or drive thru and I'm sure you won't be disappointed and I ordered the thegrilled chicken club with bacon with the works it was delicious. I have always loved Jon Smith but lately I have noticed that the quality food has gone down and the prices gone way up. I... ordered a turkey sub with lettuce and mayo and the lettuce on it was not just iceberg but a mix and not very fresh plus thebread was a little hard. It just wasn't the same quality as it use to be. For 2 subs and a order of fries it cost over $30.00. Read more
This place is doing much better the regular chain sub places. Not as fast as a Subway or Jimmy John's. But the subs are very... good. My daughter had the Cuban. Highly recommended! I had the Italian was great. Very tasty. I look forward to Hitting alocation next time I am in town. Read more
I ordered 2 subs, steak bomb and cheeseburger bomb, the steak bomb was perfect but for some reason the other sub was haft steak... and the other haft cheeseburger!
