This Firehouse is top notch to any Firehouse around. I live closer to the Firehouse in Boynton Beach on military and Boynton... beach blvd, but will drive to visit this store from now on. Melissa the manager is running a great operation, keeping thingsclean, friendly and welcoming. The presentation of the food and the taste is always on point. All the staff is friendly unlikethe Firehouse on military trail in Boynton beach. Service gets 10 stars!! They remember my name and I have diabetes so when I come I'm offered the food that is lower in carb... count. All the food is fresh, made with love and absolutely scrumptious!!! Inside dining is always clean as are thebathrooms. Plenty of parking. Supports emergency workers so make sure to round up. 2 girls where behind the counter as happy as can be! Very friendly, and they looked like they where really enjoying there job.... Said hi to us and said bye to us. I... was really blown away by two sweet ladies that worked the evening shift tonight, Melissa and Erika. Their positive attitude andlevel of service is hard to find today. I had to share what a delightful experience I had from the minute I walked through the door! A very welcoming greeting made me... feel like I made the right choice with all the options out there for subs (I call them hoagies) the three women that wereworking were so pleasant. Have raised their prices two different times in the last six months, and not by a small amount either. Like two full dollars... each time. And now it's an unbelievable $12.77 for a regular size turkey sub BY ITSELF. If you want the combo that's going tonow cost you $16.89 lol. That is not a typo. $16.89 for a fast food sub, chips, and drink. Even with inflation that is absurd.Just shameful. And it's not like the people working there are nice either. They are always grumpy. After three years of cominghere semi-regularly, I'm sad to say I'll not be coming back, and will be sharing this new price hike with everybody that I knowwho thought their prices were already overpriced for what you get in return. I love fire house subs but the service was terrible the day I stopped in to get my dinner I asked for meat to be on top of the... mayo mustard and then the veggies on top when I asked her to please make it that way she said it wasn't the company policy Isaid but that's how I like it never had a problem before but she put the sandwich on the counter and told me to fix it the way Iwanted.i felt very unwelcome as a customer and for the price it should be good and made how you like it.i won't be going backthere with that type of service how sad as the food is good Read more
