This location has become extremely inconsistent with the food and customer service but today it takes the cake. It?s National... Free Coffee Day advertised everywhere for perk members. After waiting in long line and ordering mentioning the free coffee withnothing said to me get to window and was told their system is down so they are not honoring the National Free Coffee?s Day. Every time I have order coffees and or normal menu items from this location they?ve either come out burnt or misread I don?t... understand what?s hard about reading an online order and or listening to somebody through a headset every single time I havemade an order with this specific store it has always been messed up in some type away either my coffee is not tasting correct orI?m missing an item from my order you guys need somehow fix the employment there because the people that you have are not payingattention to their job or have the proper training. When first opened excellent but as time goes, going way down . Orders not correct. Pay for extra flavors but don?t get. The staff here is friendly, but they get orders wrong here a lot...it's gets irritating after a while. I've had a mix of good... and bad experiences here, I guess it depends who is on shift. I only stop here because it's in the way to work, but lately I'vehad more issues than I would like. As you could imagine, based on my visit today, I wanted an everything bagel toasted withbutter, got it back with cream cheese and a lovely hair inside of it...not sure if I'm interested in ever coming back to thislocation. I felt sorry for the employees in the store just now. What appeared to be the manager, taller, skinny woman, was yelling at the... employees telling them what her annoyances were and making it very clear to them certain ways of doing things were ?stupid?.This angry lady was extremely loud and vocal. Incredibly rude. Not to mention she didn?t acknowledge the customer because shewas too busy yelling at her staff. Highly unprofessional. That staff should get an apology from her. Read more
