I ordered an ice coffee when I got to the window I was told oops we gave your coffee to the car ahead let me make your coffee... quick no problem but what the issue was is they owed me $3.01 in change and proceeded to give me change all in dimes who wants$3.00 in dimes? I didn?t have time to count as I was in the drive thru lane and didn?t want to be rude but when I got home Irealized I was shorted .20 cents now I know it don?t seem like much but why do we have ppl working at these places who can?tcount change? Wish I could give zero stars!!! We work down the street at the behavioral health facility and come to this location in different... times of the night and every single weekend no matter what time you go there if they don?t want to serve you their system isupdating. Last weekend we went there before 11:00pm and they weren?t taking orders because they were closed. How does thathappen when you supposed to be open 24 hours?????? This Friday night it was 11:00pm when system was updating. Last night wasjust after midnight and tonight 1:00am while they had PS PD and Sheriff office enjoying their coffee. They can keep their coffeeand stale donuts!!! If they have such a good business that they don?t need customers then good for them!!! We?re done!!! There?sanother Dunkin? Donuts just down the road.
