Ordered my usual this morning, a Matcha Iced latte with (ALMOND) milk. Which is the ONLY way I ever order it, just to be... disrespected by Shanja or Shaila?? I?m not sure her exact name, but she wasn?t even the person at the window helping me. Inoticed my drink without a sticker so I asked Raj (the guy in the window) if they had made it correct & when he said they didnot, he informed me that I was not charged correctly.. That?s when I handed him the drink & my card so that it can be fixed, andthat?s when Shanya/Shanja/Shaila approached the window to ARGUE back that I had not ordered it that way.. and so we went back &forth before I made it clear that before our encounter I believed it was a honest mistake on her part, but that DID NOT give herany right to begin disrespecting me. Who yells at other people over their drink order? As sometime who has worked in the fastfood/service industry, I CANNOT understand why she would address me, let alone YELL at me thru the window over a drink orderthat I am 100% sure I made. Awful service today.. I try to come here since I am a local so when the rest of the staff seemedunderstanding & gave me the name of the manager (Tonio) I figured I?d make this known. The employees are super nice!!! But they were a little off their game when I ordered here. They burned my bagel, my donuts were... dry/cracked/squished, and my wake up wrap didn't look too good. Two employees had to confirm what my order was after it wasplaced at the register and I'm not sure why. Not sure if I'll come back to this location, but at least their employees are nice. Read more
I stood in the front of the counter today for 5 min.and NOBODY noticed me. There was what looked like a manager at the end of... the counter yelling something in jeborish language to other employees and went to the bathroom and I was just standing therewithout any sort of greeting or acknowledgement... Than some young guy showed up at the counter and asked what I want? Ianswered "nothing " and left. This country turns into a third world country more and more every minute. Sad...... Read more
I ordered: 1- sausage, egg and cheese croissant 1- Everything bagel with cream cheese Look at what I received! A simple order... and they messed it up, I got an everything bagel with sausage, egg, cheese, cream cheese and some white liquid. What ajoke!!!! Ignore the old bad reviews they were from old management , the new owners are running this location better now. More affordable... and higher quality than Starbucks. The donuts are alright, the coffee drinks are out of the world, the hash browns at thislocation however are to be avoided but other then that clean and conviently located location, and good customer service willkeep drawing me back.
