Ordered my usual this morning, a Matcha Iced latte with (ALMOND) milk. Which is the ONLY way I ever order it, just to be... disrespected by Shanja or Shaila?? I?m not sure her exact name, but she wasn?t even the person at the window helping me. Inoticed my drink without a sticker so I asked Raj (the guy in the window) if they had made it correct & when he said they didnot, he informed me that I was not charged correctly.. That?s when I handed him the drink & my card so that it can be fixed, andthat?s when Shanya/Shanja/Shaila approached the window to ARGUE back that I had not ordered it that way.. and so we went back &forth before I made it clear that before our encounter I believed it was a honest mistake on her part, but that DID NOT give herany right to begin disrespecting me. Who yells at other people over their drink order? As sometime who has worked in the fastfood/service industry, I CANNOT understand why she would address me, let alone YELL at me thru the window over a drink orderthat I am 100% sure I made. Awful service today.. I try to come here since I am a local so when the rest of the staff seemedunderstanding & gave me the name of the manager (Tonio) I figured I?d make this known. Ignore the old bad reviews they were from old management , the new owners are running this location better now. More affordable... and higher quality than Starbucks. The donuts are alright, the coffee drinks are out of the world, the hash browns at thislocation however are to be avoided but other then that clean and conviently located location, and good customer service willkeep drawing me back.
