This used to be our favorite restaurant, not anymore. My family and I went there last night to have a nice dinner, so we... thought. My husband ordered the eggplant lasagna. When he received his entree it was ice cold. He usually never complains. Hestarted eating it and then told me me it was ice cold. He alerted our server and I actually cut a piece off so she could feelhow cold it was. Another dish was made and this one one too was ice cold in the middle as well. At this point my husband wasgetting quite upset. We were then told by the server that the ?eggplant lasagna is made and then frozen. It was not put in theoven long enough.? When we go out to dinner we don?t want frozen food. I can go to the supermarket and buy frozen food. We willnot be going back. Time to find another restaurant that does not freeze their food. Really enjoyed my 1st visit here. The food was great and the waiter was excellent. I had the cioppino and it did not disappoint.... The calamari was lightly battered and the antipasto plate had a nice variety. And my party of four enjoyed their version offrench onion soup. Looking forward to going back. Read more

I'm giving a 4 start to give credit to the awesome good and great service (eventually), but I could also give a 2 star for my... first impression which was this:. I arrived at the wrong wrong of the restaurant, the formal dining room. Walked in, stoodaround for long minutes, watching waiters walk by, no one said boo. Them I sat down with one foot crossed over, sticking out, sothe waiters had to step over me, STILL avoiding eye contact, boy even a Boo! I could've sat there forever. Except I called myparty who told me to go next door to the bar/Cafe where we received good service and food. As I was telling my story to my partya woman standing at the bar was literally staring at me, find out later she was the hostess. She never came over to say anythingor apologize.
