I'm more upset that I wasted the 7 and change because it was so late and I'm sure no manager was on duty at 1:45a.m. I had to... toss my food, the lady who took my card first went and picked up my chicken patty for my sandwich out the fryer basket withgloves on then opened the lowboy frigde picked up a hotdog out of it that I also ordered and then dropped it in the fryer.Without changing the gloves she took the card from me and swiped it. Immediately I knew I wasn't trying to start anything andjust take the L. I looked at my card after she handed it to me and it was full of grease (she never changed her gloves) I askedfor a napkin to wipe my card off thinking that would've parked a brain cell to remove her gloves and wash her hands to replacethem but no. After she handed me my napkin she then proceeded to make my chicken sandwich, definitely wasn't going to eat thatat all. And after she hands me the bag with my food, she has the nerve to finally remove her gloves. I used to work inrestaurants and even though this is fast food sanitation should still be enforced. It's a heavier lady that worked the windowtonight 10/4/2022 that was not following the proper food handling guidelines. Sucks that I just wanted some fast food, but Iwasn't going to risk it with getting food poisoning from the likes of incompetent staff. Read more
Visited on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. it took 20 minutes after I placed the order to reach the pickup window. Then I was told to drive... around to the other side because somehow my two burgers were overwhelming the kitchen. I can only imagine if I was placing alarger order. Perhaps the fact that there was two staff on duty might be problematic. You're killing your employees! Read more
Well it's a 50% of either the fries would be ice cold and champ burgers are good but on the checker burger it seems it has... mystery meat, that's not beef all brown and smelled like dirty shoes... fennel cake fries are the best.... Read more

I had the fish sandwich. It was a great price. Ordered two and was surprised at the price under $5 for two. Taste good for for... fast food. Would have given a 5 star except for the monster potholes at the very entrance as you leave the road and turn intothe lot. You don?t even see the pothole. You just feel your car bottoms out and a sudden bang. Read more
1 star just to leave a review. Order and paid online. 530 pick up. I arrived on time, sat at speaker box for 5 minutes with... noone ahead of me. Gave up and drove to the window and surprised the staff who was doing nothing. Told them I was there topick up an order, I was told I was in the wrong lane, I needed to drive around the building and get in the correct lane whichput their window on me passenger side. The young lady smirked when she greated me as though she had never seen me before andthat is when they started making the food. When passing the drinks to me she would go no further than the side of my truckforcing me to remove my seat belt and climb over to get it. Didn't drink the soda, it has a funny taste(wonder what that couldhave been). I am an elderly female (grandmother of 12) and am wondering if this treatment is because of my age or is it possiblethis is what America has turned into? The order was BBQ Bacon Roadhouse, Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, 5 pc sweet and smoky BBQ wings, fries and funnel cake fries.... The fries are really good like always, never fail. The BBQ Roadhouse seems smaller. I asked for extra BBQ and it seems to beless than normal. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, I ordered a double. INSTEAD, they gave me a normal single sandwich. I said ittwice, even three times and it never showed. The wings look appetizing, nice and fresh. However, there's no BBQ flavor. Itlacks what it's named. The chicken wings themselves are nice but do not satisfy me. A failed product this time. I would like toget what I paid for. 5/10. Not what I expected. Read more
Rude dirty and disrespectful lady need better customer service and better management of place
