We visited the newly refurbished Collaro?s Steak House and were warmly welcomed. The wine was spectacular, carefully curated to... be unique. Antonio was an exceptional host and although we only sampled small plates and drinks he gave us a tour of the wineroom. The ambiance was updated, stylish yet warm and inviting.
