Omg?Taco Bell 24186 US Hwy 27 Lake Wales, Fl 33859. The bag on the bottom was wet and tearing, the tacos(all) was very soggy... along with the Mexican pizza with entirely no crunch to it, I?ve never seen this at Taco Bell and I wasted my money $30 ongarbage. Shocked at how low the bar has fallen these days. The incompetence is aggravating. The cashiers, specifically MIA, can?t ring up... a simple order. ?use the 20 dollar bill and the rest on the card.? Wow. I told this person to split my payment and they ended upcharging me $40 dollars for a order worth $23. Never got my cash back either. Is it really that hard to follow directions? TacoBell just self appoints tips now I guess. Anyways, I call and speak to a manager to get my refund and there is nothing they cando, don?t even try to help. I have to go physically to get my refund. To the store 2 hours away. I?m sure they are not going toreimburse me for the gas lol. Ordered 2 chalupa cravings boxes. Chalupas and taco were ok but the cinnamon twists were terrible. Even though they were... crispy, they still tasted like they were old and the shortening had turned rancid. No matter how much cinnamon was on themthey still had that bad taste. Read more
It is standard Taco bell food. The food here will not change your mind about how you feel about Taco bell food. However, the... staff is friendly, efficient, and capable. So coming here to eat is enhanced by the great staff. Atmosphere is standard Tacobell as well. Read more
