This is the worst location in Florida to ever go to? For one I don?t know which manager is running the show but they never have... the correct order, or the chicken is way too salty or they they?ll give you spicy instead of mild even with telling them youhave a allergic reaction to spice. This place is terrible I?ve been here 4 times and not once was I able to order food. Straight bum quality work. They need a... whole new staff. Every time I have went they ask me to wait one moment they?ll be right with me, 15 minutes later still noresponses. So I drive to the window and they all want to act like they don?t see me and they?re all standing still. So I wouldlike to know why they getting paid when they?re not working? Anyways you most definitely lost one on me and hopefully this getsread and they hire new staff or people just stop going there and wasting time. Read more
BEWARE!! They are upcharging for drinks in your combo and not telling you!! The nice worker literally told me that the owner... TOLD them to do that to get more money. The speaker never works and you have to pull up to the window where NO menu is posted.Then after you order they actually cook the food BUT you can?t sit a the window to wait (even though you?re the only customer inline). You have to drive around to the front & way 15 minutes for food. Just shut the window down & just make it a sit downrestaurant. It?s weird b/c I really like Popeyes but the way this location is going it?s time for a new restaurant with ownerswho actually care. Read more
