Surprising little gem in an unassuming location in Lake Wales. We stopped in, while visiting Lake Wales on business, based on a... recommendation from a local. We\'re really glad we did because we got a great lunch and took home some delicious cheeses,authentic scrapple (that we cooked up next morning for breakfast with homemade biscuits), and some heavenly snacks. Tim and creware all super friendly and really seem to enjoy sharing some pleasant time with their customers. The food is outstanding andserved in very satisfying portions. We had the special LW Philly Panini on grilled Tuscan white bread. It was very tasty withreally unique black pepper overtones and velvety white cooper cheese. We also shared cups of chicken and poblano soup andbroccoli and cheese soup, both of which were rich and full of flavor. On the side we each had a crunchy pickle spear thatdidn\'t skimp on size or taste. And did I mention that everyone on the Crew there was fun and friendly?\nIf you\'re in LakeWales and looking for a great local eatery, I heartily recommend the Lake Wales Cheese Shoppe. And don\'t leave without pickingout one or two special items to take home with you. A little taste of our love of Amish food! We were thrilled to be able to get our Lebanon bologna and some good ole fashioned... Corn Mush (yes it\'s what\'s for breakfast today!) You can now also eat in! Word of warning....if you go at peak lunch time, allow your self some time to savor the goodness cause they are BUSY! My next trip I think I\'ll turn one of their yummysandwiches into a salad like another customer did! It looked sooooo good! OK my mouth is watering I have to go get some of thatyummy bologna!
