Ordered from Uber Eats and they couldn't give me an estimate for delivery. Uber Eats suggest to contact the restaurant directly.... When I called to follow up, I was placed on hold then a male pick up. I asked him two questions, do you have an order for me andis it out for delivery. The male complained to me (customer) about Uber Eats. The male stated he didn't have a delivery personfor my order and another order via Uber Eats. The male explained to me that he contacted Uber Eats about the issue and stated"what do you want from me and I don't need these types of problems". I had only listen to the male then he proceed to lecture meabout checking before I place an order which we all know that's not how Uber Eats works. I am very offended by this maledemeanor with me (a customer) on the phone. I don't like posting this reviews but it my experience and that's my review. Read more
Placed a order thru delivery service with unsuccessful results. Contact this place about delivery status was told driver... unavailable and that I should of checked to see if driver was available to deliver. Unprofessional Unacceptable. Read more
I had a Philly steak hot fresh well seasoned friendly staff not over priced very clean and alot of items to choose from negative... comments are people who doesn't know real food the meat for Philly steak is real 100 percent sirloin steak no cheap cuts of veal..... I ordered 10 hotdogs everything no relish. Easiest order. They not only upped the price from .99 to 1.39 they put relish on... every hotdog. They didn't put any onion or celery salt. When I called none of them cared and said well the cook said he didn'tput relish and that I could drive back and he could check every hotdog and if wrong then he would remake. Literally a joke. Idrive further to go here because usually they are better. Nothing was good about these hot dogs. They weren't even warm. If theowner can't own up to their mistake and offer a refund I will be doing a charge back. Read more

I'll start with the good. Friendly staff, everything is nice and clean. Now the not so good. What kind of Chicago dog doesn't... have pickles, tomatoes, or sport peppers, celery salt? Highly disappointed. If I would have been told they were out of thoseingredients, I would have ordered something else. Seems like this place keeps going further down hill. I always try it every fewmonths hoping things improve, but unfortunately they just seem to be getting cheap. Read more
