I came to order lunch and as I was leaving I was looking for a lid for my soda. The lids were under some plastic covers and I... did not see them. I asked and the girl came from behind the counter after using the register and grabs a lid, it flips over inher hand and she places it on top of my soda. I spoke to manager Sam to address that nobody's bare hands should and he told mehe would talk to his team and that's it. I told him I wanted my soda replaced and he told me to call corporate office. Clean. Nice lighting. Spacious. Food is standard Panda fare. Not remarkable. Not mediocre either.
Came in today. Was on my break and I was greeted so nicely. Everyone greeted. Looked like their counter tops were pretty empty.... Asked if they can make sweet fire chicken and they said yes. Waited just about 6 min for it to be done. The staff was superfriendly. Manager seemed really out going with her team as well. That's what I like to see. I would also like to thank them forletting me use the restroom. I understand covid is really huge. But delivering packages and no where to use the rest room ispretty difficult. Best Quality "fast food" for the money. 10/10 I eat Panda 3x week. Super Greens Only and healthy-ish sides! Only $10.
Customer service here is mediocre. It took about 5 minutes to have someone attend to my order. Then about 6 dishes were not... prepared. They had been open for an hour and a half and some of their major dishes were not available ubless i waited additionaltime. Read more
