The Shamrock is a staple for the family when we come into Rhinelander. We are always here for their juicy fried chicken. This... time I had the chicken and ribs plate and the pork was so tender that the meat fell off the bone (so delicious!) and we ofcourse had to have the Wisconsin appetizer staple: fried cheese curds. We stopped in here for a fish fry on a Friday night while vacationing in the area. We were very happy with the place. The place... was well lit and very clean. (Our visit was just after the COVID19 lockdown). They had good, clean barriers up around the bar(soft plastic). All of the staff was very friendly and excellent to us. We all had the Lightly Breaded Haddock, which camewith a good choice of potatoes. The fish was good and the sides were the standard Wisconsin Fish Fry sides. Overall we reallyenjoyed our visit here and it looks like it would have a nice nightlife to it as well. Read more
