Several, and I mean uncountable amount of times this place gives me back the wrong amount! They keep extra change for themselves... and tell you to deal with it. I lay out my coins and they STILL say no thats not what I counted. They just grab the coins, putin register, tell me here you go. Read more
The baristas are always pleasant at the drive up. But, I havent recieved a decent drink in a few months. The refreshner my... granddaughter got today was watered down with 1 strawberry in it and a full cup of ice. 2 times now I have gotten the right cupbut the wrong drink inside. Pretty ironic. And I hate pumpkin and thats what I got. Already 1/2 way home, not turning back. Ihave told them, even kept my cup for proof, they look at me like Im crazy. Not a Im sorry or refund or anything. Today I ordereda carmel brulee. No whip cream or candies on top. It tasted like a regular cup of watered down coffee. What happened Frontier. I have kept coming, only because its the only drive thru Starbucks in Lake Stevens but I have been waisting my money with baddrinks. Read more
Friendly location. Fast food. My grilled cheese was especially delicious. They even spoiled my dog with a pup cup ????
BEWARE: Poor customer service, terrible communication, sick employees, disgusting processed bread, and filthy indoor seating... areas. After waiting for several minutes at the counter and while being the only person trying to place my order, the ladyrunning the register began to uncontrollably cough after taking my order. Next time, think of others and stay home?! Receivedone of my drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The other took way too long and it was only after I politely asked where therest of my order was I was informed a machine had ?gone down?. They also forgot the over processed banana bread I should nothave ordered as a second option because my initial request (the pumpkin bread) that was in display, but I was informed they wereout. Perhaps next time take it out of the display case since it was no longer available? So after my third time speak with thestaff there I was finally able to find a seat indoors since it was raining. The sitting areas were very messy and appeared asthough it had been cleaned in awhile. This is why I don?t tip before I receive my service. I highly recommend using either thedrive through or place your order online for pickup. As for me, from now on I?ll choose the small business coffee stands overcorporate coffee! Read more

Great place to hang out but poor supply of sandwiches. I go in there ready to pay five bucks for an undersized sandwich and they... are entirely out of everything but the ham and cheese croissant. Read more
