I wouldn?t typically leave bad reviews to fast food because I myself work in the industry. But this is absolutely insane. The... customer service is astronomically terrible and the lady cut us off when ordering and had very bad attitude. The young man wasfairly more generous and I actually respected him but they forgot things in our order and a few things were wrong. DO NOT EAT HERE. Lobby was closed, we ordered in the line and they couldn't figure out our order. Got to the window to pay and... they still had the order wrong. Ordered again and they still got it wrong. The management and employees don't care at all. Theymissed the drinks we ordered but there was no point in correcting them again so we paid and left. Food was warm but not hot andall the portions were inconsistent. I'm sure I'll be updating this that I got food poisoning later today. Worse service I?ve ever had at any fast food provider in my life. Also, at 5 PM no selection of sides available because they... were out of everything and had an attitude when I asked how that was even possible. Don?t waste your money? food is never hot. Tried a couple times. Told they just don?t have food unless it?s already been made... and sitting there. Was told no spicy chicken, no chicken tenders, no chicken sandwiches. My food was being handed out thewindow before I even paid. Definitely all just sitting there. Gross?. Ordered on the app in the store. It took 15 min and I asked where out order was after 3 others ordered and got their food. The... manager was working the register and was nasty and said she didn't get my order. After digging through the pile of receiptscoming out of the register she found she did have our order. She was very nasty and started getting the order together. She wasliterally tossing food in the bag. She stopped while waiting on chicken and got chicken for another order. She was throwing withher tongs into a box and dropped a piece only to pick it up and put it in the box. This will be the last time I eat at thisPopeyes and probably any for that matter. Apparently it doesn't matter what you order, they give you what they feel like. Half the mashed potatoes were missing, my half... and half of spicy and mild chicken was 4 spicy and 8 mild. And lastly, a hair right in the cole slaw. If only I would have readthe reviews beforehand, we would have saved ourselves the disappointment and went elsewhere. What happened to Popeyes???
