The food is mediocre, pizza sauce tasted sweet.. not worth the price. The pasta was average for everything to have been made in... house. Staff wasn?t very inviting. The hostess was not friendly to us but was very friendly to 2 separate guests that followedus that were white, giving us the impression that we (brown folks) weren?t very welcomed there. Their chef knows what he is doing! The best seafood I've had in Missouri. Everything was amazing. Calamari was flash fried, so... it isn't that rubbery old fish you get from everywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We stop by for lunch with kids on Sunday. We were seated within minutes. Great... kids menu and willing to adjust to kids demands. My wife enjoyed her flight of white wines and Cardinal Tilapia. Their $14 pastachoices come with salad and non-alcohol drink. My seafood pasta in the white sausage was delicious. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience last night. We started off with an excellent appetizer that was small... toasted bread with goat cheese, prosciutto, topped by flavored jam. We also each had a margarita that was good and strong. Mywife had breaded tenderloin and I had the Philly cheesesteak ravioli. Both dishes were outstanding, plus we had plenty ofleftovers for a second meal. Rob was an outstanding waiter as well, making sure our waters were filled and needs were met. I wasglad we arrived early because the restaurant was packed when we left. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
