I drive from NYC out east a few times a month, I usually stop on the way out east and then on the way back to the city. This... particular time, I ordered 4 sandwiches, and literally none were as I ordered. So after driving an hour to my destination, Iopen up to eat with people who I picked up for as well. NO ONE WAS HAPPY! I even double, triple checked that they got theorder... they assured me to only do the opposite of everything I asked. Never go to the Lake Ronkonkoma Jersey Mike?s. I patiently waited for 15 minutes while I watched them make mistakes on multiple... to go orders as I waited for my turn. I am all good with first come first serve even when it?s online orders. But, when Ifinally got a chance and was asked for a sandwich they continued to make mistakes on my order and tried to serve other customersbefore me. I tried to politely correct them as they made my sandwiches wrong and started to serve other people before my orderwas done and was Rudely told that ?I was wrong.? I believe there are always exceptions to rules like ?The customer is alwaysright.? In this case the staff (with exception of the cashier) was 100% in the wrong. Sad? Read more
First time try jersey mike.. and it not good at all.. I order Buffalo chicken reg sandwich. First it salty the chicken is slice... thin and the bread not toasted. It a hot sandwich, the meat is hot need toasted bread. The sandwich was soak n wet.. then when Ipay I count 11 but the cashier say only 10.. can't count don't do cashier. I just went in there for the first time! My husband usually brings us subs and I decided to go in and pick him up one! Well I... ordered a #8, and just simply asked for no ham. Then at the register, the girl charged me 19.00 and I asked why and she saidextra bacon. I never said I wanted extra bacon, just no ham. The manager winded up being nasty and said I ordered a Number#7! I did not and he continued to argue with me! I should have walked out, but that is ok! I put in a simple order. Philly cheese steak with no peppers, lettuce and a LITTLE bit of mayonnaise. Working at a restaurant I... don?t know how the chef reads the ticket with all of that info on it and proceeds to make it the way he did. And my sandwichcomes drowned in mayo so much so it encapsulated the outside of the bread and more than enough to coat the entire wrapper. ANDit came with more peppers than usual. I just left Jersey Mike?s and I?m impressed with the level of hospitality. Anthony and Eric are workin? that place! You hear me?... I mean, they?re quick, accurate, considerate and on point! The sandwiches were made perfectly and they ask all the rightquestions all while keeping up the pace. I didn?t get everyone?s name, but they?re all amazing. Very friendly staff, good subs, clean location. Well lit inside but outside feels a little sketchy, but it's not. I think the... outside needs more lighting at night. Well made sandwiches/subs, but a bit pricey. Read more
