Worst McDonald?s I ever been to in my life ,first they forgot my food when I went today in the morning I would have understood... if they was super busy but they were not busy at all and then when I checked my receipt I was getting charged 10%on taxes (tax1of 6% and tax2 of 4%) when I questioned the taxes they told me that it something they started in January, but it?s funny how Iwent to another McDonald?s in the Woodbridge area and there was only one tax charge on my receipt, so if you do not want to getripped off DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION save your self the time and headache no fast food location should charge 10 percent ontaxes when the state tax is 6% Read more

Worst experience ever. I ordered a big Mac no middle bun and fries. The sandwich came without the middle bun but it also was... missing the 2nd beef patty. Fries were dry as dust. I had to get out my car to go in and ask for fresh fries. No " I am sorry'or even "thank you for waiting". I was just dropped my bag and no eye contact. Never again. Read more
It doesn?t matter how many sauces you ask for on your online order you will always get none.I used to have to order 5 to get one... at the max now I get none. Go to register they will charge you but on the online orders they are free. Sauces are the newMcFlurry. They seem to always not be able to provide. I now have a family dinner with no sauce. I placed a mobile order for a frap, I get to the second window and I was told they don?t have any fraps, and would I like a... mocha. I told them no thank you and I would like a refund. 2 different employees came to the window asking me do I wantsomething else and I told them no I would like a refund. One lady came to the window and told me they can?t give me a refundbecause I it was a reward. I then told her I paid via Apple Pay and I have a receipt. We went back and forth several minutes,then finally a another lady gave me my money back and short changed me. I will never come back to this location. Worst McDonald?s, ordered online order was not ready even after a 30 min wait. Had to wait longer because they gave us the wrong... order, cannot even get a simple order right. Bad management, worse employees. Terrible service, never coming back here. Read more
