This place can not stay in business if they keep running things the way they do. I attempted to order online and saw it was... going to be at least 45 minutes before I could pick up my order. I decided to just stop in on my way home instead, and when Iwalked in there were two teenagers behind the counter chatting with their friend and three half-made sandwiches just sitting outon the counter. One of the workers asked me what I wanted to order while lifting his shirt and scratching his bare stomach justabove his boxer elastic. Then he turned around to grab gloves without washing his hands. Fortunately(?) the other worker tookover my order. He made the first two sandwiches (kids meals) and I had to repeat myself multiple times because more of theirfriends had come in to hang out. I informed him I needed two more sandwiches and he just ignored me and started finishing thesandwiches that were laying out on the counter for an online order. By this point I was over it, so I just decided to get thekids sandwiches and leave. I paid for the kids meals that were supposed to come with cookies and water bottles, but when theydidn?t have those, I was offered a cup of water in return. I just took the sandwiches and decided to never come back to thisplace again. Read more
Place is dirty and no one uses masks. They don't even clean the cutting board. The place only hires teens that talk to much to... each other instead of doing their jobs. Won't come here again. Read more
You have to do better. Subs were made incorrectly again. Items missing (bags of chips) from the order again and nothing is... marked (again). What is the purpose of putting everything in the app if you won't follow through? Seriously. Started tippingyou guys for putting together our pick up orders at 20% The number of mistakes with each succesive order makes it reallydifficult for me to justify giving you even $5. The worst customer service, and I've experienced this multiple times with different employees. I walked out on a online pick up... order...never received my food. The food is actually good which is why it's a shame the customer service is so terrible. Read more
Once again they didn?t disappoint! The steaks coming out of this place rival the mom and pop shops of old. Who ever was on the... grill tonight, made the sandwich with passion and had an understanding of how a real CheeseSteak with provolone is built. Bravomy man Bravo! Read more
My wife is pregnant and they would not heat up the turkey meat on the wide open grill. Just the meat needed to be heated and he... refused. We could not enjoy our sandwiches in the store, we had to go home to microwave the meat. The Jersey Mikes off PrinceWilliam Parkway was more accommodating of my wife being pregnant and warmed her meat on the grill with no trouble. If you?relooking for certain accommodations to be met, don?t eat at this location. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one off theparkway. Read more
The last 3 times we've gone, our order has been missing sandwiches. When they go to fix it, there is no real acknowledgement of... our inconvenience. Often there isn't anyone in sight when we go in. Read more
