Bad experience with drive through window cashier, and manager with a follow up phone call to report the same. I was treated... rudely and with obvious discussed and called a lier. Sad situation. Bad attitudes are unacceptable to me as a customer and willnot be tolerated. I took my business to McDonald's across the street. Read more

Make sure you always get a receipt. And have it in your hand.The gift card my husband gave them was declined. And so we paid ... cash.My husband was talking to me and drove right by pu of the food. SO I guess she thought we didn't pay for our food.Andsaid that to him "Your card was declined and made him come in..They could ask the cashier instead of the way they treated him.
