Terrible! Awful! We ordered on the app. Wendy?s swore up and down the order was for the next day. It clearly was not. We showed... them the date. They said too bad no food, no money back. Called the 1800 number. 50 minutes on hold. The woman was fabulous andagrees they stole my money!! They notified the franchise owner. They don?t contact me. They escalate the claim. Still nocontact. I was just passing thru off the highway for food and I must say I have never been to a Wendy's that tasted so fresh, which is... why I had to leave this review. I had a chicken sandwich. The lettuce was crisp and it was as if the tomatoes were freshlysliced. The fries tasted like they weren't in old oil. The service was fast and friendly! Read more
Went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago for a taco salad and large cup of ice water. Taco salad is advertised for 7.99.... Person at window told me price was 11.99. I can?t see paying 12 bucks for a cup of water and a half portion of salad with asmall cup of chili. I told them to forget it. I will never spend any more money with your company. I guess Wendy?s has to makeup for the 15 bucks a hour they are paying out to the employees that work there. You might make it up on some people but itwon?t be me!
