They never get my order right. Replaced black beans in all my orders with beef without telling me...I'm a vegetarian. I waited... 15 mins in line, even though my order was put in online and only had 1 car in front of me. Worst taco bell I've ever been to and I'm not picky at all with taco bell. I eat it every week all over the country and it's... always good. The workers here are useless, won't help at all. I told them the app was crashing so I needed to finish my orderand they stood there and stared at me. No one would come to the cash register So I had to order from the kiosk. Then when theyhanded me my food I asked if both orders were in there to which she snapped at me "yeah! It's all in there" but of course itwasn't. No cup for my drink and no sauce. The chicken bowl was cold and not even half the size it normally is. Could haveeasily eaten it in 4 bites. I was going to go back in and ask them to fix it but the workers are so shady I was afraid they'dspit in it. So I just threw it away and cut my loses. Read more
If you order through Uber eats, expect to pay premium prices and not get half of your order, or get the completely wrong order.... Employees are rude and can't be bothered to do their job. I am traveling through went to your drive thru and they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I decided to go inside and my... order was placed on your kiosk. The staff never acknowledged us inside and all you could hear them talking about wasunprofessional. Your staff walked out the back and never washed her hand as she touched her face. Ordered a Grande breakfast burrito combo with bacon. Received a flat tortilla with small portion of egg, cheese and hash... browns. Could not find the first trace of bacon & didn?t receive our side with the order. Also ordered a Grande breakfastburrito with steak. Finally had a bite of ?steak? in the last two inches of the burrito. I do not recommend Taco Bell in LakePark, GA. Read more

The drive thru service was great. They were very nice, HOWEVER, for a location to be open to midnight, they were out of cinnamon... twist, our soft tacos were like limp noodles. We ordered steak soft tacos...no sauce 4 small pieces of meat. They seemed to haveset for at least 30 minutes, because ALL of the food was COLD. Our 4 Supreme soft tacos (they only gave us 3) were just as smallas a regular soft tacos, our chicken Chipotle was 1/2 the size as it should be. All soft shells were a soggy mess. Verydisappointed!
