If I could give 0 stars I would, I have called this location multiple times to speak with a GM, I went in on Monday around 9:40... 20 mins before they close to order food, when i asked for food the older lady that was standing there said and I quote ? whereyou finna get that from cause we close in 15 mins ? I said if y?all close at 10 PM you should still be serving food till than,she than said girl hold on I will let the manager tell you we not serving no food, as I am waiting for the manager anotheremployee apologized and said I?m sorry I would take your order if I could, mind you there was still plenty of chicken to beserved. The manager came out and said everything is already put up we not serving food no more tonight. Which why not close at9:30 if you not gonna serve food the last 30 mins before closing. Mind you they had chicken and biscuits still sitting in thewarmers. These employees attitudes are trash and the managers let them do and say what they want. Restaurant is located in TA/BP gas station next to Arbys. Food was delicious. We got 4 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 without... pickles but they messed up our order. The lady at the register also took a few cash transactions with gloves on and alsoproceeded to hand out lids and straws to people. Sanitation is not a priority even though they have it marked everywhere forcovid. Cash sanitation procedures has always been around though. Read more
