Good food but the WORST customer service I've ever seen. We waited more than 30 minutes the other night for one of their 12... sandwich combos, place was slow when we when through the drive thru, maybe two cars. During the time we waited, there was 5 morecars come through the drive thru and everyone was still waiting for food that had came way before us. Not to mention the staffhad the dining room closed at 7:30 when their signs and website says it's open til 10. Poor staff. Didn't even get our drinks. Read more

Well they were very understaffed. Gentleman that took my order asked me to wait patiently as they had to prepare it there was... only two people working. This is my first time trying krystals. It was not bad. They do put mustard onion pickle on their squareburgers little different than the stand up north. The original chick was pretty good. Thank you to the crew that was workingthat day. I waited in line at the drive thru to place my order nearly 10 minutes then waited another 20 to get my food. The hamburgers... were cold and the fries were awful. They left a coating in my mouth and on my teeth. I noticed as busy as it was one employeewas outside taking a break I assume. When I finally got to the window ( sooner because the car in front of me left ) they wereconfused about what went out front or to the drive thru. I went and ordered a sackful with cheese and also a pick 5 and 3 junkyard fries. They gave me the sack first which went cold... while I waited for my two chiks from the pick 5. Also my junkyard fries tasted like the chili on top was burnt. I tried to callseveral times to tell them what was wrong with my food but no one answered the phone. I spent well over $35 for my order and I?mso disappointed because I love eating from Krystal?s but to be honest that?s a last time thing for me. Read more
1:40pm Saturday , JUNE 25. I Stopped by the drive through, 2 cars ahead of me. After a 13 minute wait I finally make it to the... speaker. I could hear the employees talking to each other. I tried several times to get the Krystal employee attention at thespeaker and they never answered. I drove around to the window. The employee was hanging out of the window waiting. She told methat they just shut down the grill to clean and my wait would be 25-30 minutes. The employee didn?t even bother to ask me what Iwanted to order. I was trying to get a tea because I?m pretty sure that doesn?t require a grill. She just laughed and slammedthe door. I was also told that the manager had just left and they were not working. I was treated awful. 20 minute stop off theinterstate and I got nothing. NOTHING. Seems like girl wants a paycheck but not a job. People being horrible to others. Such ashame. Read more
Went by this morning from my office bc I was starving lol but I have to say, I haven?t been here in a long time bc my last... experience wasn?t so great?. But today, they showed up and showed out! My breakfast is so fresh and hot! It?s better thananything I?ve had in a while! I wish here in lake park so I get breakfast a lot, but this is honestly the best!! Went thru drive thru no service for the car ahead of us so then tried to walk in was informed no walk ins. There was 1 employee... and she was sitting down in the dining room on her phone???? This was at 12:45pm still lunch time???? Come on Krystal?s you needto do better!!!! Read more
