Ordered and paid for a plain cheese pizza through the app because I was nearby. When I got there, they said they didn't have the... order. After a couple of minutes, they found it in the sytem. Told me they would make it and it would be ready in a few minutes.At this point, It was 15 minutes until closing. Came back in when i got a notification it was done. They were closing everythingup. Always understaffed and never has pizza ready. I just gave up on going there. Management has to be brain dead.
They did it right! The pizza portal was loaded with my order before I got there, just before my scheduled time. The pizza and... breadsticks were great this time! There was no one waiting in line. I have been coming to this spot for over 8 years and there's always someone that can get the pizza just right but this... particular day the cashier I cannot say a first name but let's just say her last name starts with a v she made me pay for extrasauce which I have never paid for but besides that I asked that plus the pizza be cooked light the pizza I got had no extrasauce and it was burnt upon reaching back to work is when I discovered the pie condition and quickly called her to resolve theissue what she told me to call corporate and complain or whoever I wanted to call and she would not replace the pizza orderwhich I ordered with wings because I was unable to return the pizza at the time I ended up leaving work again losing my walletin the process in returning the pizza and wings to Miss v a very horrible experience one loyal lost customer Read more
