Heather is a 100 stars and I cannot she enough good things about her. So sweet and personable on top of being good at her... job. Most other staff members were not really friendly at all which is the only reason I can?t give it 5 stars. I can get anyonecan have an off night but for pretty much anyone else to be unfriendly was a bit of bummer. But food was good and the drinkswere too. The live music was also a nice touch. Read more
My friend and I stopped by for a wine tasting. The wine selection was delicious and we each left with a bottle. There was also... frozen wine which was so good. It was a cozy place with great staff and great wine. Read more
Listen mistakes happen, but when management refuses to make it right it?s not cool. We ordered a charcuterie tray among other... things, but the staff was specifically instructed to omit any items from the tray the contained egg product because my friendhad an allergy. One of the sauces contained egg and my friend had some, only to find out later that it contained egg. On top ofthat, most of the grapes on the tray we?re moldy and management refused to take it off the bill. Giving it 2 stars instead 1because the nice waitress felt so bad about accidentally poisoning my friend that she herself bought us a bottle of wine whenmanagement failed to make it right. We have been coming here on a sisters weekend for several years. All the years before this one were great experiences. Our first... complaint is now all the tables are high tops with the most uncomfortable chairs. We are senior citizens and it was hard to getin them and very uncomfortable. We had so many different servers we never knew who to ask for something. The spinach appetizerwas good. They said our Flatbread were ready,but they would hold them for 5 min. 20 minutes later we had to find someone to getour food. The staff was working hard, but too disorganized.
