Large variety of ice cream, decently good prices, and friendly staff. A fun place to stop when on the strip by Bagnell Dam!

The ONLY place on the Bagnell Dam strip at Lake of the Ozarks we could find, that had fresh squeezed lemonade...and a LOT of... other cool summer treats! My wife and I were on the motorcycle, craving cold lemonade, and couldn't find it anywhere, until wewalked in the door at Grandpas! And ice cream?!?!?! You name it, its there....and then some! Cool, old ice cream shop feel,friendly folks, awesome fresh squeezed lemonade(squeezed right in front of you)...can't beat it on a hot day! Read more

Delicious, with a large selection of ice cream to choose from, and home made waffle bowls and cones!

My second time coming. What's not to like? It's ice cream and they have many flavors you are bound to like one of them. They... have pie and soda here also among other things. We tried this little shop out for the first time earlier today and liked it so much we came back tonight for round 2. Lovely... people and the ice cream is delicious! If the line is outside the door, be sure you take a couple ofminutes to look at it all of the flavors in the cases before you order. Anyone behind the counter will scoop for you. AND aserving is 2 scoops, so you can get two of the same or two different ones for about $4! Grandma was at the register and I askedher about her art.
