Was charged for the wrong food after waiting in The drive through for 15-20 minutes. then told it would take at least 20 minutes... to start the refund policy plus two weeks for the refund, as well as cause the cashier a strike. First off,I?d never eaten at Panda before so I wasn?t sure how the ordering process was done.The employee didn?t seem helpful at... all and I suspect they spoke little English,so they weren?t able to answer questions very well and there were others behind mewaiting to order, I felt super rushed,so I got out of line and let them order first.After reading the menu options I chose myitems and they were served quick(no ?thank you? from the employee btw). The food tasted quite bland and just wasn?t very goodand it tasted like it had been sitting for a while.Maybe I?d simply expected too much from Asian fast food,but I will mostlikely not return. A go-to lunch stop for me, as their volume is high enough that the food is always freshly made and piping hot, and I can get in... and out quickly enough to get back to work in time for the rest of my shift without stressing. I also appreciate their courteousstaff, because courtesy matters to me. Read more

This place is getting worse by the minute. The staff is clueless. They seem to worry more about the drive through window rather... than the front counter ultimately feeding the counter customers the bottom of the bowl. Not to say that there isn't at least ONEemployee that understands the assignment .If I was the boss in this establishment, they'd all be looking for new jobs. Even asI'm sitting here writing this the employees are wandering around aimlessly and loitering in the main seating area leaving onlyone actually performing her duties. Read more
Always fast and friendly service. Today was no exception. The food is usually fresh within the last 10 to 15 minutes and nothing... beats they?re fresh steamed veggies. Thank you panda for a great portions and a fair price. The store is usually clean andwell-kept. Read more
It's panda Express! What more do you need to know? Yummy cheap Chinese food with all the MSG your heart can desire ???? really... dig the pepper steak with veggies if you're looking for a healthier side dish. And ofc their orange chicken is always bomb. Read more
