If I could give a minus I would. Went in 7:30 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. 3 teen workers, 2 sitting on the floor... behind the counter having a very loud angry discussion. The ignorant girl was using the ?f? bomb every other word. There wereother customers in the store who were obviously uncomfortable.I know the service industry is desperate for help, but this wasway beyond inappropriate. Needless to say, no Menchies for me. Can?t go wrong with Menchie?s for fro-yo! They have a good selection of flavors and toppings, and it definitely satisfied my... craving. I just feel like the tables and chairs and the serving stations could be wiped down more. The counters were kind ofsticky and so were the serving spoons. Read more

I had an amazing experience at this menchies when I visited last week. I was greeted with smiles and proper COVID 19 sanitary... requirements. Everyone had their mask on and staff stayed 6 feet away. The staff also helped me pick out flavors that would workwith my dietary needs. This menchies was such a joy to visit. Read more

Incredibly pleased with this location. Great variety of flavors (including Dairy fee) paired with positive and friendly... staffing. All machines and topping bars were kept clean and stocked. Management is doing a great job, will be returning soon! Read more

Great selection of frozen yogurt and friendly staff. However, I do wish they would bring back the small cups ("kids size")! Its... nice to have different options of cup sizes to choose from and makes it very difficult to determine a healthy serving size withonly the large size available. Read more

A whole new experience of tasting frozen yogurt. They have many good different flavors and staff is courteous enough to help and... suggest what suits you. One may feel a little costly coz they price everything on the weight of yogurt you have taken but Ithink it's the smile on face that matters after enjoying what you just ate. Read more
